జీతభత్యాలపై 70 శాతం వేతనజీవుల్లో నిరాశే! - విజ్‌డమ్‌ జాబ్స్‌డాట్‌కామ్‌ సర్వేలో వెల్లడి - మెట్రో నగరాల్లో పది రంగాల ఉద్యోగులపై సంస్థ సర్వే - వేతనాలపై బెంగళూరులో 63%   మంది సంతృప్తి - 51 శాతంతో 4వ స్థానంలో హైదరాబాద్‌   ప్చ్‌..ఏం ఉద్యోగమో ..ఏమో బాస్‌! వచ్చే జీతం చాలట్లేదు. ఇంటి అద్దెలు.. పిల్లల ఫీజులు, ఆస్పత్రి ఖర్చులు... భారంగా మారిన నిత్యావసరాల కొనుగోళ్లు.. మెట్రో నగరాల్లో 70 శాతం వేతనజీవుల ఆందోళన ఇదేనట. ప్రముఖ ఆన్‌లైన్‌ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌ సంస్థ విజ్‌డమ్‌జాబ్స్‌డాట్‌ కామ్‌ అనే సంస్థ తాజాగా చేసిన సర్వేలో ఈ విషయం తేలింది. చేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగం, జీతభత్యాల పట్ల పలు మెట్రో నగరాల్లో వేతన జీవుల స్పందన ఆసక్తికరంగా ఉంది. బెంగళూరు నగరంలో 63 శాతం మంది వేతనజీవులు తమకు అందుతున్న జీతభత్యాల పట్ల సంతృప్తిగా ఉండగా... ఈ విషయంలో రెండో స్థానంలో నిలిచిన పుణేలో 57 శాతం మంది సంతృప్తిగా ఉన్నారట. మూడో స్థానంలో ఉన్న ముంబైలో 54 శాతం మంది వేతనాల పట్ల సంతృప్తిగా ఉండగా..నాలుగో స్థానంలో ఉన్న హైదరాబాద్‌ నగరంలో 51 శాతం మంది మాత్రమే సంతృప్తిగా ఉన్నారట. ఇక దేశరాజధాని ఢిల్లీలో కేవలం 49 శాతం మంది మ

70 percent employees not satisfied with their salaries Wisdomjobs is leading online recruitment and career solutions portals, today released the outcome of its survey on the Employee Satisfaction with their Salary Structure. The survey was conducted on Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune; and covered 10 sectors; IT, Telecom, ITES, Retail, Education, Media & Entertainment, Infrastructure, BFSI, Healthcare and Logistics. The report examines and throws light on the satisfaction levels of employees with their salary structures.
