ONE Designation ONE Pay

Let us Fight to Equalize pay's (Salaries) in Government and Private Sectors. Except IT, No one get good salaries in private sectors.So lets fight for ONE Designation ONE Pay.

 

Government focused and has been telling that there should be quality in education. In education system all the candidates( teachers/junior lecturers/ degree lecturers/ assistant professors) should have basic eligibility criteria (like TET/SET/NET/PhD) to teach their relevant subjects. Govt and private sectors need same qualities of candidates. In govt sector candidates getting salary as per govt pay rules. In private sector, except one or two institutions, all are paying very less salary even though candidates having eligibility. At this situation candidates preparing/searching/ for govt jobs / other private jobs leading to failure their lives. In this regard they can't survive their life with this minimum amount of pay. Government cannot create the vacancies for all the candidates but has one choice to reduce the UN-employees by ruling the one designation one pay for both govt and private institutions. Government should concentrate / focus on ONE DESIGNATION ONE PAY, so that there exist quality of education in the state.
